In no event shall provider be liable for any lost revenue, profit, or data, or for special, indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages however caused and regardless of the theory of liability arising out of the use of or inability to use the Premier Marketing Academy Membership Platform & Marketing System, even if provider has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall the liability of provider to customer exceed the price paid by customer to provider. The foregoing limitations shall apply even if the above-stated warranty fails of its essential purpose. Some states do not allow limitation or exclusion of liability for consequential or incidental damages. Customer shall not: copy, in whole or in part, Premier Marketing Academy Membership Platform & Marketing System or documentation.
The Premier Marketing Academy is a membership platform that provides Affiliate marketing tools, replicated websites, lead capture pages, auto responders and an abundance of training.
Premier Marketing Academy charges a one-time resellers license fee/hosting fee to our Members and/or Affiliates. Additionally, the Premier Marketing Academy offers four different membership levels that may be purchased. A membership purchase is required for Members and/or Affiliates to access the tools, marketing materials and training courses offered by the Premier Marketing Academy.
The membership fee charged is dependent on the Membership Level purchased. The Memberships available are as follows:
Both the reseller license fee and Membership purchase fee are one-time fees. A Member and/or Affiliate will have lifetime access to the Premier Marketing Academy Business Center and all membership privileges/benefits associated with whatever Membership Level was purchased. PMA Members can upgrade their membership level at any time.
The Premier Marketing Academy supplies the educational training products that form the PMA Educational Library. These training products have either been developed by the Premier Marketing Academy or have been licensed by us.
By purchasing a Premier Marketing Academy Membership, you receive Affiliate resale licensing rights to the Premier Marketing Academy and all products contained in our educational platform for the specific membership level you purchased. As a PMA member/affiliate you have the option to resell PMA Memberships via the Premier Marketing Academy Affiliate Program. Premier Marketing Academy Memberships can only be sold at the prices listed above and may not be sold at a discounted price.
Affiliates are paid directly by their customers for PMA Membership sales made.
The contents of the PMA Educational Library may be changed, updated, or deleted at any time as the company sees fit.
The Premier Marketing Academy is run with the highest standards, best practices, and integrity, with a long-term vision for the future. We make every effort to protect the business and our membership platform for the betterment of all. Members found violating this policy will be terminated without notice.

Any lead capture pages, sales pages, funnels, videos, or websites created outside the Premier Marketing Academy platform must be approved by the Premier Marketing Academy before they can be used to promote/market or sell Premier Marketing Academy Memberships.
Any Member and/or Affiliate found to be using our copyrighted material, marks, logos, graphics, either in full or in part, or any media without the express written permission of the Premier Marketing Academy, will have their membership terminated and be subject to legal actions.
It is not possible to change your sponsor. Please do your due diligence and make sure you are joining the Premier Marketing Academy with the person you want to sponsor you.
We operate a strict no spam policy to include both the main replicated pages at premiermarketingacademy.com and all or any marketing websites provided by us.
The Premier Marketing Academy is not responsible for the actions of its Members/Affiliates in regard to incorrect or misleading advertising. If incorrect or misleading advertising is brought to the attention of Premier Marketing Academy, we will ask the Affiliate to suspend all their advertising until it is revised. Affiliates are at risk of having their accounts terminated if we decide they have knowingly misrepresented the company. In cases where the Affiliate has made certain claims, such as guaranteed earnings, we may terminate that Affiliate without warning.
The Premier Marketing Academy reserves the right to terminate the Membership, without notice or a refund, of any individual whose actions may be potentially harmful to either the Premier Marketing Academy or its members. This includes but is not limited to: defamatory comments on any social media platform, publicly available forums or verbal accusations.
Members are encouraged to report any such activity that could be detrimental to their own efforts in building an income with the Premier Marketing Academy. Any Member who feels that they have reason to publicly post negative remarks should contact the Premier Marketing Academy via a support ticket ONLY.
We also reserve the right to block access to any member or affiliate while investigations into complaints or wrong doings are being investigated.
The Premier Marketing Academy website is a proprietary website, brand, and offering including the PMA Educational Library. All content, including but not limited to, any and all wording, logos, naming, and trademarks are reserved by the Premier Marketing Academy.
The material contained within the site is the property of the Premier Marketing Academy and/or its third-party entities. The name Premier Marketing Academy and any other marks, logos, graphics or media of the Premier Marketing Academy displayed on the site or a PMA Affiliate replicated website are registered trademarks of the Premier Marketing Academy. Other third-party entity company branding, products and/or service displayed on the site may be the trademarks of their respective owners.
PMA Members and/or Affiliates are not granted the right, permission, or license to use any name, brand, or any trademarks that are a part of the Premier Marketing Academy and/or any company websites to recreate materials, products, and/or additional websites.
PMA offers an affiliate program where customers/members may advertise Premier Marketing Academy Membership Platform & Marketing System which may facilitate sales of Premier Marketing Academy Membership Platform & Marketing System to customers, and where affiliates may collect a fee prior to software activation. Affiliates are in no way employees or agents of provider, and no ownership or any rights whatsoever with regards to product are transferred from provider to affiliate except for those granted by this agreement. Affiliates are not agents of provider.
Provider may revoke an affiliate's privilege to advertise product or any other privileges with respect to product, at any time, for any reason whatsoever.
Provider is not responsible in any way whatsoever for the actions of affiliates. Provider does not handle payments to affiliates, nor is provider responsible in any way with regards to payments or refunds that may occur between affiliates and their customers. Any conflict between affiliates and their customers that may arise is the sole concern of the affiliates and their customers. Affiliates and their customers agree to hold provider harmless of any liability whatsoever arising from any relationship, financial or otherwise, between affiliates and their customers.
Customer, Member and/or Affiliate shall not use Premier Marketing Academy Membership Platform & Marketing System for any purpose that violates federal, state, and local laws or regulations. Customer shall not use software to generate or facilitate unlawful bulk commercial email.
Customer agrees to hold harmless and indemnify provider in any civil action which is the result of customer's usage of Premier Marketing Academy Membership Platform & Marketing System.
This agreement shall be governed by the construed in accordance with the laws, statutes and regulations of California, USA, as if performed wholly within the state and without giving effect to the principles of conflict of law. If any portion hereof is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the use of the Premier Marketing Academy Membership Platform & Marketing System.
Customer purchasing, registering, or downloading and/or installing Premier Marketing Academy Membership Platform & Marketing System constitutes an agreement of these terms of agreement. Provider offers no guarantee or warrantee of any kind for the Premier Marketing Academy Membership Platform & Marketing System.
Should you wish to cancel your membership, you must do so in writing by sending an email to: support@premiermarketingacacdemy.com. No refunds will be granted for cancelled accounts.
